Get your ACT builder licence application ready.

If you are stepping up to a builder licence, licensing a company or becoming its nominee, BLS helps identify the relevant Class A, B, C or D application and prepare the supporting documents.

How builder licensing works in Australian Capital Territory.

Access Canberra administers the ACT’s construction occupations licensing under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act. Builders are licensed in Classes A, B, C and D, which scale with the height and complexity of the building work. A nominee arrangement lets a company hold a licence through a licensed individual.
